This Mental Health Month, Gymnastics WA is pleased to share a number of opportunities for athletes across Western Australia to build practical skills that support mental wellbeing, confidence and resilience both in and outside of sport. Through the Healthy Heroes program, supported by Healthway, Gymnastics WA continues to work with our gymnastics community to create environments that support the whole athlete and encourage positive conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
